Former Superbowl Champion Accused Of Assaulting 82yr old
A former Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots, Patrick Pass, was arrested on Wednesday following an alleged assault on an 82-year-old man at a Planet Fitness in Rhode Island.
According to the North Providence Police Department, Pass has been charged with assaulting a person over 60, resulting in bodily injury. Officers responded to the gym on August 28, where they found the elderly man with injuries to his lower back, reportedly caused when Pass shoved him, leading to a fall.
The incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute between the two men over exercise equipment.
