BigXthaPlug Arrested on Marijuana Charge in Texas
Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug, born Xavier Landum, was arrested in Arlington, Texas on a possession of marijuana charge following a traffic stop, according to TMZ.
The Arlington Police Department found marijuana and a handgun in the vehicle during the stop.
TMZ reports, officers could smell marijuana as he approached the car. The vehicle was searched and they located cigarettes and a green leafy substance in the console and also a handgun in the passenger door pocket.

BigX and his passenger, Cleodist Landum, were both booked on drug and weapon charges.
Landum had an active felony warrant out of Bexar County, Texas. When officers took him into custody and searched him, they allegedly found marijuana in his possession.
He was booked into the Arlington City Jail on the warrant, along with charges for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
BigX, known for hits like “Texas” and “Mmhmm,” released his successful project “Take Care” in October, aiming to bring substance back to rap music.
