Anycia Keeps It Real: GloRilla Snapped Harder on ‘Never Need’
Rising star Anycia sat down with RoyalTea at Dreamville Fest 2025 and kept it all the way real—just how fans love her.
Fresh off her set and the buzz around her hit collab “Never Need” with GloRilla and KARRAHBOO, Anycia shared how real the bond is. “KARRAHBOO was my friend before I even started rapping… before we actually fought. We beat each other the **** ** before we actually became friends,” she laughed. “I told her, just tell me at the friend—and that’s exactly what she did.”
Blowing up quickly, she admits the fame isn’t always easy to process. “I’m not managing at all. That’s not my job. You get a manager for the managing,” she joked. “It’s a whole lot you gotta get cool with… but this **** is quiet. I’m breaking cycles around this ************.”
Before rap, Anycia worked at a daycare and sometimes wishes she could still experience music as a fan. “I love my job, but I do wish that I could experience things like consumers.”
When it comes to love, she’s not shy about her man: “My man supports the little bitty outfits, me going outside—everything,” she said proudly. “He helps me be more emotionally available… I love my man, child.”
For the girls? Her message is clear: “I don’t want y’all to be in them f**ked up ones. My music is for the girls who want a relationship like the one I have now.”
