Miley might’ve been the worst MTV VMA host of all time, but at least she executed the job with unwavering confidence and a nip slip.

It’s not like we haven’t seen Miley’s nipples before, but having these kinds of “accidents” on national television never gets old.

So, this is how it all went down. When Miley was handling her hosting duties, she ran backstage for a quick wardrobe change. While basically naked, someone from MTV production handed her a mic, which she grabbed, lost hold of the curtain, and then freed the nipple.
